Accountable Health Communities - Informative Presentation

Through my minor in the business of healthcare, we studied federal programs and initiatives that help to decrease health disparities. My team and I were tasked with educating our cohort on Accountable Health Communities. We gave a high-level overview of what AHC’s are, what challenges they face, and what makes them successful and necessary.
