Marketing Capstone Project

My team and I were tasked with enhancing the Touch Surgery Ecosystem application previously developed by Medtronic. The Carlson School of Management received the need for a marketing strategy to increase the usability of the application.

We compiled our marketing education to research and develop a marketing plan to incorporate virtual reality and AI to allow surgeons the ability to practice and study surgeries before and after the operating room.

I was able to use my connections at the Earl E. Bakken Medical Device Center, Paul Rothweiler, to allow us to test out the VR equipment and develop a product development strategy that is feasible for Medtronic and surgeons using the application.
